The patient details screen contains all information about the patient, their procedure history, and scheduled appointments. It allows for quick editing of patient data, access to charts showing weight changes and EWL.
Adding a Patient
A form for adding a new patient. It allows for entering patient data. Data is validated at every stage of filling out the form.
